The MultiEdge-3000 is a CNC horizontal automatic multi-spindle, multi-function belt-type stone edge polishing machine engineered for high performance and productivity on marble and granite. Designed for materials from 10–100 mm thick, it performs full finishing operations for architectural applications, staircases, window sills, furniture, memorials, and monuments, including calibration/measuring, straight edge processing, chamfering, beveling and polishing, complex mitering (QM), full bullnose, standard round edges (¼-round, ½-round, etc.), flat edge grinding and chamfer polishing, radius polishing, laminated edge bevel polishing, 45° top and bottom flat grinding and chamfer polishing, and top and bottom radius flat grinding and polishing—all fully automated with no operator intervention required.
Automatic Multi-Spindle Belt Edge Polishing Machine for Stone – Product Description
The MultiEdge-3000 Automatic Multi-Spindle Belt Edge Polishing Machine is engineered to integrate all edge-polishing processes for flat edges, bevels, bullnose, round and round-flat combination edges, as well as profile edges—all in one machine. This CNC-controlled system features a touchscreen interface, pneumatic compensation wheels, variable-frequency speed control, and memory recall. It supports both continuous and step-feed processing, with an electric pressure bar, enabling manual, automatic, or split-mode operation.
The internal water-feed abrasive belt design prevents burning when working with thick slabs. It is suitable for grinding and polishing various sizes and thicknesses of sintered stone, microcrystalline stone, quartz, and granite. The machine completes 1/2 bullnose, 1/4 bullnose, full bullnose with side polishing, multi-angle back bevels with clean transitions, ogee corners, and large bevel edges with side polishing—all in a single pass. Front and back chamfers with side polish, or chamfer with side polish plus bottom safety chamfer, can also be finished in one cycle. A reserved non-processing margin can be preset for single-slab processing when required.
Using forming wheels for radius shaping and oscillating polishing pads to eliminate lines, the MultiEdge-3000 completes rough grinding, fine grinding, and high-gloss polishing in one run—achieving a finish that exceeds the original slab surface gloss. The machine delivers advanced structural design, high precision, fast throughput, easy operation, and low maintenance.
With a maximum processing speed of 4 meters per minute, the MultiEdge-3000 provides productivity equivalent to approximately 15 skilled workers while eliminating operator-induced quality defects. The infeed/outfeed conveyors include an automatic flip-table function for improved workflow and handling.

Robust Monoblock Frame Construction
Engineered with a heavy-duty, self-supporting monoblock frame, the machine houses all primary components (excluding the auxiliary roller conveyor) to ensure superior structural integrity and long-term durability. The steel frame is fully welded and finished with an anti-corrosive industrial coating for enhanced protection in demanding fabrication environments.
Powered by an advanced PLC control system, operators can customize localized machining and program feed rate and delay settings for each pneumatic spindle.
Heavy-Duty Conveyor Worktable
The worktable is built on a reinforced welded steel structure with stainless-steel support surfaces to ensure smooth, stable material flow. The conveyor belt features a wear-resistant rubber top layer, designed for consistent grip, precision movement, and extended service life.
Extendable Front Support Bar
Equipped with an adjustable, telescopic front support bar, this machine provides additional stability for oversized workpieces that exceed the conveyor width. The support bar is quick to position and secure, maximizing safety and handling efficiency.
Automatic Pneumatic Pressure Rollers
A fully automated pneumatic pressure roller system compensates for varying material thicknesses and is ideal for processing pre-assembled panels. Contact pressure is controlled via a front-mounted regulator and precision gauge, allowing fast, accurate adjustments for different stone profiles.
Centralized Grease Lubrication System
All linear sliding guides are serviced by an automated centralized grease lubrication system, reducing manual maintenance and extending component life.
An innovative linear guide system integrated into the side beams delivers exceptionally smooth and precise bridge movement. High-performance CNC brushless motors combine with next-generation gearboxes for outstanding accuracy, faster cycle times, and reduced energy consumption.
Ergonomic Touchscreen Control Panel
A 19.5″ touchscreen mounted on an articulated arm provides intuitive control, programming, and machine diagnostics. Physical push-buttons streamline essential cycle operations—ideal for quick adjustments or manual interventions. A built-in USB port enables easy file uploading and job program management.

Continuous Calibrating/Drip-Groove Cutting Unit:
Adjustable depth up to 100 mm for thickness calibration. Spindle offers both lateral and vertical adjustment and rotates 0°–90° for drip-groove fabrication. Supports Ø 250 mm tools. -
Edge-Milling Spindle:
Delivers precision vertical milling for perfect flat edging, chamfering, and rounded profiles. -
(2) Opposing 45° Tilt Spindles:
Designed for bevel cuts in various dimensions. When equipped with diamond conical wheels, they assist the oscillating spindle in producing curved edge profiles. Compatible with Ø 150 mm wheels. -
(6) Oscillating Profiling Spindles:
For edge rounding and profile shaping. The first spindle supports diamond cup wheels, while the remaining five are configured for polishing and fine finishing. All six spindles can be equipped with wheels as needed. Fits Ø 150 mm wheels. -
(5) Fixed Polishing/End-Finishing Spindles:
For polishing flat edges, curved edges, and flat-radius profiles. The first spindle includes an adjustable mechanical stop and supports diamond wheels. Fits Ø 150 mm wheels. -

Specifically for bevel polishing, compatible with wheels up to Ø 150 mm.
