The Automatic Horizontal Multi-Spindle Belt Stone Edge Polishing Machine is a high-efficiency solution designed to integrate all edge polishing processes—including flat edges, 45° bevels, bullnose, and pencil round profiles—into one versatile machine. Equipped with two independent spindle groups, this machine is purpose-built for stone edge polishing.

The second spindle group specializes in precision polishing, capable of handling flat edge polishing, 45° bevel polishing, and oscillating polishing for top and bottom bullnose corners.
This dual-function design allows for seamless processing of both flat and rounded edge profiles while significantly improving production speed, especially for complex shapes like half bullnose or pencil round edges.

Equipped with a No. 1 spindle featuring a calibration and drip-cutting system. Adjustable depth up to 100mm for accurate thickness measurement. The spindle moves both horizontally and vertically and rotates from 0° to 90°, ideal for cutting drip grooves. Compatible with blades up to Ø250mm. -
Square Edge Milling Spindle (No. 1)
Designed for accurate edge measurement and square milling. Enables precise chamfering and pencil-round profiling, ensuring high finishing accuracy on all straight edges. -
45° Bevel Cutting Spindles (No. 2 Reverse Tilt)
Dual spindles angled at 45° allow for bevel cutting and chamfering of various dimensions. When fitted with diamond cone wheels, these spindles also shape curved edge profiles. Supports grinding wheels up to Ø150mm. -
Contouring Spindles with Oscillation (No. 6)
Six multi-purpose oscillating spindles for shaping curved and inclined edge profiles. The first spindle supports diamond cup wheels for rough shaping, while the remaining five are fitted with polishing and smoothing wheels. All six can be fitted with wheels up to Ø150mm for increased flexibility. -
Flat Edge & Face Polishing Spindle (No. 5)
Fixed-position spindle for flat surface and round edge polishing. Comes with an adjustable mechanical stop and supports diamond wheels for enhanced durability. Fits hubs up to Ø150mm. -
Reverse 45° Polishing Spindles (No. 2)
Specifically positioned for high-precision polishing of beveled edges. Supports wheels with a maximum diameter of Ø150mm. -
Automatic Pneumatic Lifting System
