Sintered Stone Hot-Bending Integrated Basin Kiln
Sintered stone hot-bending basin kiln uses high temperatures to soften flat porcelain or sintered stone slabs, enabling precise forming in controlled molds to create seamless, curved integrated basins.
Compared with traditional basins fabricated using 45° mitered joints and adhesive bonding, this process eliminates seams, delivering superior structural integrity and improved resistance to cracking and water ingress. The absence of grout lines and bonded joints prevents the buildup of dirt, mold, and bacteria, while avoiding yellowing or discoloration over time.
The result is a clean, continuous aesthetic with enhanced durability and spatial coherence, supporting diverse design needs and high-end customization—ideal for premium bathroom vanity applications.
- High Productivity
Fires 6 basins per batch, up to 6 batches per day, delivering a total output of 36 basins daily. - Low Energy Consumption
Highly energy-efficient design, with an average consumption of only ~30 kWh per basin, reducing operating costs. - Cost-Effective & Stable Operation
Optimized thermal performance ensures consistent quality while minimizing energy waste and improving overall production efficiency.
Sintered Stone Hot Bending Integrated Basin Kiln for Seamless Sink Production Description
The Sintered Stone Hot-Bending Integrated Basin Kiln is a specialized industrial furnace designed for the production of seamless integrated sintered stone sinks and countertops. It enables high-temperature softening and precision thermoforming of sintered stone slabs at up to 1280°C–1350°C, allowing the material to be hot-bent into curved basin structures and monolithic countertop-sink integrations.
Through controlled thermal deformation and mold shaping technology, the system eliminates the need for traditional 45° miter joints, adhesives, or seam bonding. The result is a fully integrated, joint-free surface, significantly improving structural integrity, durability, and long-term performance.
Compared with conventional fabrication methods, this hot-bending process eliminates grout lines and bonding interfaces, effectively reducing the risk of dirt accumulation, mold growth, discoloration, and long-term surface degradation. In addition to its functional advantages, it delivers a sleek, continuous aesthetic ideal for high-end residential bathrooms, luxury kitchens, and custom architectural stone applications.
Equipped with a multi-zone precision temperature control system, the kiln ensures uniform heating, stable bending performance, and controlled cooling—preventing cracking, deformation, or internal stress damage during forming. The result is high-strength, dimensionally stable finished products with excellent repeatability.
